    Add A Document To An Existing Authorization

    Learn how to attach a document to an existing Mainecare Prior Authorization.

     

    Note:  The document must already exist within the client's chart - you cannot upload a document from your device.

     


     

    From the Mainecare P.A. screen, click Messages on auth. that you need to attach a document to.

     


     

    Click Upload New Document.

     


     

    Use the filters at the top to search for the document you need.

    Once you locate it, check the box to the left of the Document Tag and click Save Selected File at the bottom of the screen.

     


     

    The document will be listed under the Document Uploads with a pending Upload Status and then change to Done once uploaded.  No further action is needed.
