Changes to treatment plan
Here's What It Looked Like Before:
⭐Here's The New and Improved⭐
Clients will now select between:
- I have RECEIVED - which indicates they've already been given a paper copy or are aware of the access through the client portal.
- I have DECLINED - indicates that they do not wish to have a copy.
- I am REQUESTING - this will generate a Medical Records' request for a paper copy to be mailed out to the client.
Client no longer initials.
Client still signs in the signature box.
