Lock Mode

Security is paramount with Electronic Medical Records (EMR). Lock Mode allows for the provider to keep their information safe and secure while they are away.
Application Lock
The application will go into Lock Mode when the app has been idle for a period of time or if the user starts a process that requires handing the device to a client.Â
PIN
To find your PIN contact KBH IT. With it, you can unlock the device even if biometric functions are unavailable.Â
Face/Touch ID
If your biometric functions are set up on the device and set up within the Staff App, you can use it to unlock the device quickly and easily.
