    Pull An Appraisal Back

Once a staff appraisal (evaluation) has been completed by a supervisor and sent to the intended staff member, occasionally, the need to pull it back by the supervisor arises.  Whether you need to revise it or completely delete the appraisal after you've sent it out, follow the steps below to complete that task.

Select the appraisal that you are needing to rescind.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Staff Refused/Unable to Sign.

Again, S(select) the appraisal that you are needing to rescind.

Scroll to the bottom and click Reject Back to Start.

Confirm that you want to pull the appraisal back from the staff it was sent to by clicking OK.

You now have the option to Delete the appraisal.

Or click S(select) to open it up and make whatever changes you need before sending it back to the staff member.
