✨ 08/13/2024 Neo Release ✨

Send the KBH Care Team a secure Neo Message

This feature allows you to compose a Neo secure message addressed to the selected client's KBH Care Team members.

Generate the email by clicking the Msg button on the Care Team screen or;

by clicking CareTeam Message from the Quick Links menu.

Please Note:  CareTeam Message will not appear on your Quick Links menu unless you adjust your settings  Click here to learn how to adjust your Quick Links settings.

Clear Care Coordinator

Rather than being limited to selecting a different Care Coordinator, you now have the option to clear the existing Care Coordinator without having to select a new one.

View Care Coordinator History (Hx)

Clicking Hx (History) will open up a list of previously assigned Care Coordinators.

You will see the begin and end for those Care Coordinators.

Clicking Select alongside any of the listed Care Coordinators will refresh the Care Team screen and populate information as of the end date of the corresponding Care Coordinator.

Lab Orders Labels

You can now choose the number of labels that you need to print (Dominion only).

Document Editor Setting

A setting to adjust when a client document appears in the client's digital record has been added to the document editor.  In addition to that, the option to require a document to be reviewed before appearing in the digital record has been moved from the bottom of the editing screen and integrated into the new setting.

The default for printed documents will be Always but you can change to whichever option that's appropriate for the document.

Changing it to After Client Completes will make it so that it doesn’t show up in digital records until Med Records scans it in.

After Staff Reviews is not currently set up for printed documents.

The default for electronic documents will be After Client Completes, but any option is valid.

SPM Alert

When accepting an SPM, you will be alerted if you are attempting to assign a client to a Program/Provider that has another client with a matching address on their caseload.  This is to avoid potentially scheduling both spouses or other significant others with the same provider simultaneously.

Review the list with the provider before proceeding.

If no true conflict exists, such as a pair of siblings, click OK  and the staffing will be accepted (the client will be assigned to the intended program/provider).

If a conflict does exist, click Cancel and change Provider Assigned to one that is appropriate, and proceed with accepting the SPM - there is a comment box at the bottom of the screen where you can note what occurred with the originally requested provider.

MCN Warnings & Alerts

You will now see MC Alerts & Warnings listed in the Med Contact Note grid and within Med Contact Notes under Alerts at the top of the note.

These alerts are intended to alert you to anything that might cause issues with scheduling/billing in the near future so that you might work to resolve them while you're already working on an MCN for the client.

Referral Refusal Program Alert

For some services, you must upload a Referral Refusal to Kepro before you can reject the SPM .  If you try to reject those SPMs before doing so, you see this alert and are blocked from rejecting the SPM until the Referral Refusal has been completed.  This now triggers a Program Alert.

You'll find the alert under Program Alerts - MCA Referral Refusal.  Clicking the S will bring you to the MaineCare P.A. screen for you to complete the referral refusal.

Use the Referral Refusal button on the MaineCare P.A. screen, located to the left in the authorization.

Update to Color Indicator on Schedule

The line of color just to the left of each client appointment signifies whether or not a message or alert exists for that client and for alerts, the urgency in which it should be addressed.  Previously, you would see either white, green, or red - we have now added an orange indicator.

No Messages, No Alerts

Digital Records Grid

In the Digital Records screen, you can now save adjustments to column size/sort and order of columns.

How does it work?

Check the box and adjust the column width, the order of the columns, and the sorting that works best for your personal workflow.

Toggle between your preferences and default settings by checking and unchecking this box at any time.

Checking the Save column order/sort box will save any changes you make in terms of the width of each column, the order of the column, and by which category you choose to sort by.
