A number over the email icon, indicates the number of unread emails. Click the email icon to view your Neo secure messages.
You can only view and respond to existing emails therefore if you attempt to create a new secure Neo email, you will see the following alert.
Click Okay to be directed to the Staff tab of the app, where you can locate the recipient's email address and be connected to your device's Outlook email app.
If any exist, view attachments by clicking the green File Attachments button.
