A recurring appointment is a scheduled appointment that happens on a regular basis, such as every day, week, or month, etc.
You can schedule up to 20 recurring Client Appointments and 60 recurring Staff Appointments. |
In your schedule, locate the appointment that you would like to create the recurrence for.
Right-click inside that appointment, and choose Open from the menu.
Click Create Recurrence.
Enter the amount of appointments that you would like to schedule and how often you would like them to be scheduled for and click View Results.

Clicking the View button next to any of the listed dates, will open up a new window with the schedule for the day. | |
Exclude |
Check any of the boxes in the Exclude column to omit that particular date from being scheduled. | |
Overlapped By |
This column will show if the provider you are attempting to schedule for, already has an appointment scheduled within the timeframe that you are attempting to scheduled for. | |
Override |
You will see this button for any appointment that where there is an overlap - | |
Prescreening |
If program/client payor permit a pre screening be scheduled, the box in this column will be checked off, along with the staff they are being scheduled with being listed in the dropdown menu.

Once you click Save, all appointments have been scheduled. You can verify and view the list of appointments from the Client Inquiry page.

You can also view all scheduled appointments, by choosing Canceled/Scheduled Visits from the Quick Links menu on the Client screen.
