Unsubscribed Recipient Error

After the client portal has been set up, you'll find a Text Quick Link button that will text out a link to the client portal. This can be used to provide clients with quick, easy access to the portal, especially if they struggle to navigate it on their own. 

 

Texts that the client receives will come from the phone number:  

(207)420-2150

 

 

 

If the client ever previously replied STOP to any of our text messages, they have effectively blocked our texting phone number, you will see the following error message and the link will not go through.

 


 

The client should text Start to that phone number to re-subscribe and begin receiving texts again.  

 

 

Clients can also unblock that phone number through whichever method is appropriate with their phone/service provider.
