The Last Physical date is updated when an Annual Physical is entered into the Care Team screen as a Contact Log under Client PCP.

Annual Physical needs to be checked off for that physical date to appear in the Housing Summary.
If you aren't seeing the most recent physical date in the Housing Summary screen, this box was not checked off when this visit was entered.

If the Annual Physical visit was mistakenly entered as Preventative Care, the solution is to create a new Visit Contact Log.
Use the original source of information, or copy from the log that was incorrectly categorized and create an additional visit contact log, being sure to select Annual Physical before you Save 😊
