Children's Home & Community Services (HCT)
MaineCare Section 65 |
Children's Home and Community Services (HCT) is considered a higher level of care than traditional outpatient and case management. HCT services provide intensive in-home services for the identified child and their family. The family is expected to participate in all aspects of treatment.
The Clinician and a Behavioral Health Professional work in conjunction as a therapeutic team to deliver services. The clinician and BHP will often meet with the family multiple times a week for a minimum of 3 hours a week and an average of 6-8 hours a week and 3-6 months in duration. |
