Searching client name/ID will create the following message in red if an incomplete MCN already exists for the selected client.
If you'd still like to create a new MCN, click Add.

Note: This alert will automatically show when accessing MCN through the client's chart if any incomplete MCNs exist. If you'd still like to create a new MCN, click Add.
