    Choose Your Fax Line Return A Fax Back To The Fax Line Folder How To Grab A Fax & Move It To Your Work Folder Open A Fax That's In Your Work Folder Send A Fax From Work Folder To An Internal Department Send A Fax Outside of KBH

    Choose Your Fax Line

    (the fax line that a document has been sent to - where it was received)

    Click Fax Lines at the top left of the screen.

     
    You will then see all the faxed documents that exist for the selected Fax Line(s).

     

    Return A Fax Back To The Fax Line Folder

    Select the file in your Work Folder that you want to return.
    Click the green return arrow.

     
    Enter your reason for return here(optional) and click OK.
    It is now available in the Fax Lines folder for others to be able to access.

     

    How To Grab A Fax & Move It To Your Work Folder

    Select the file from the top list that you'd like to move to your work folder.
    Click the hand icon on the bottom right of the list.

     
    You have now moved this fax into your own work folder and it is no longer available to anyone else with access to that Fax Line.

    OR

    Double click the file from the top list that you'd like to move to your work folder.
    		 
    You have now moved this fax into your own work folder and it is no longer available to anyone else with access to that Fax Line.

     

    Open A Fax That's In Your Work Folder

    Double click the file in your Work Folder.

    The fax will appear in the center of the screen.

    Use the icons at the top of the screen to:

    • Print
    • Zoom in/out
    • Rotate pages

    Use the arrows at the bottom of the screen to toggle through pages.

     

    Send A Fax From Work Folder To An Internal Department

    Select the file in your Work Folder that you want to send.

    Check Add Note box if you'd like to attach a note to the fax.

    Click the destination for your fax.  If you've chosen to add a note, you will be prompted to do so at this time.

    Confirm you want to move the file and you're done!

    		 Refresh the current Fax Line.
    		Begin the process of sending a fax.

    View details/status of faxes you've sent.
    		Delete the selected fax.
