DocumentsFrom the home screen, select Documents to see prior Treatment Plans signed on the Client Portal and all Individual Response Plans.  |
ViewTo view a specific document, select View, located to the left of whichever document you'd like to see.

Use the icons just above your document if you need to toggle through pages, zoom in or out, or print the document.  |
