✨Document Scanning Speed Improved! (Effective 10/02/2023) ✨
The document scanner was developed to provide staff with a quick and easy method of sending documents directly to clients' charts in Neo. This is especially helpful for staff that are out in the community for a large portion of their day, or any staff that find themselves in a situation where they need the document to appear in the client's chart immediately.
Previously, we found that documents were taking a large amount of time to process or not processing at all.
