This will alert staff that are open to a client that has a Maine care auth. referral that is expiring in the next 30 days.
OBH SUD Treatment Data Request Alert
For OHH and SA programs
Within the already existing OBH SUD Treatment Data Request alert, there's now a request type signifying when an Extension questionnaire is due. This is for extending versus a questionnaire for a new request.
Choose the S to select the intended client; this will bring you directly to the Mainecare P.A. screen where you will select Extend to complete the required information.

When you choose to filter your client list to Only clients I have an appointment with today, the list has now been updated to appear in chronological order by appointment time rather than alphabetically.

Add A Coordination Release
You can now add a Coordination Release from the Staff App.
The ability to create and obtain a client signature on a release using the Staff App is intended to be an extra tool for obtaining the document conveniently and instantaneously.
For that reason, there are some restrictions on releases created using the Staff App compared to creating a release in Neo or filling one out on paper.

Client Portal Updates
New Sign-Up Process
The Client Portal sign-up/sign-in process has been upgraded. Click here to see what this new process looks like.
Coordination Release
There is now the option for clients to add a coordination release from the Client Portal.
These releases will follow the same criteria as adding a release from the Staff App. Additionally, If the client chooses Do Not on any or all of the below questions, staff review is required therefore the release will show In Review. Staff can review this from the Upcoming/Pending/Incomplete Documents section of the Document Delivery Screen. |
Client Communications Log Update
The Client Communications Log has been updated to include the Clubhouse Reach Out Log and Memo To Chart.
