When a document needs to be signed, the client may or may not be the correct person. This screen allows you to select the correct person or enter them manually.

The list will start with the client unless Neo determines that they are too young or not capable of signing the document and will indicate that in this area.

After the client, any caregiver that is either marked as their Legal Guardian or Primary Caregiver will be listed.

If none of the options are correct, the signer can be entered manually (with their relationship) to continue. If this occurs, contact Medical Records at KBH to get the correct signer added.
