    Add A Client Photo

    You can add a client photo to the Neo record using the Staff App by following the instructions below.


    Using an iPad will allow you to upload an existing image (one already saved on the device), or by using the iPad's camera to capture a new image.


    From an iPad

    The Client Photo will show on the Client Search screen, if one has been uploaded, otherwise, you will see a placeholder stock image in its place.

     

     

    This image indicates that there is no client photo on file.

    Select the client.

     

    Click the image icon to the left of the client's name. (If you're replacing an existing image, click the image.)


    The Staff App will default to Use Camera.  Once you are ready to take the photo, click  Select Photo.

     


    This will open up your device's camera.  Take the client's photo.  Click Retake to try again, or Use Photo if you're happy with the photo you captured.  Once you click Use Photo, it is now saved as the client's photo. 

     


    If there is already an image stored on the device that you are intending to use, switch the Use Camera option off and then click Select Photo.
     

     


    This will open up the menu for you to locate the previously stored photo on your device.  Select Photo Library or Choose File.  

    Once you locate the intended image, click on the image and that will automatically save it as the Client's Photo.

     


    Once the image is saved, you'll be brought back to the Client screen where the image will be visible beside the client's name/Client ID.

     


    From A Computer

    For image quality and sizing reasons, you can only take a photo and add it through the Staff App when you're using an iPad.  

    If you're adding a client photo using a laptop, computer, or other device, whether the Use Camera button is toggled on or off, clicking Select Photo will never open up your device's camera.  

     

    You can upload an existing image(one that's already saved on your device), so once you click Select Photo, you'll be prompted to locate the image and select it from there.

     


     

    View in Neo

    Please note:  photos can be viewed in Neo but can only be added/updated using the Staff App.
    Click Client Photo from the Inquiry screen to see whether or not a client photo is on file.
