Frequently Asked Questions

Question: Why can't I add a note to an appointment?  I don't see the Add Note option.

Answer: You can’t see the Add Note link because the schedule increment is too large. Click Options in the bottom left of the schedule and decrease the increment (usually 10-15 minutes is ideal).

 


 


 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


Questions: I don’t have the option to see someone’s schedule

Answer: Click Options in the bottom left of the schedule and then click All Staff Temp Access to see the full list of staff

 

 


 

 

Question: I errored an appointment accidentally and can’t see it anymore.  How do I view errored scheduled appointments?

Answer: Click Options in the bottom left of the schedule and then click Show Errors. Or vice versa if you don’t want to see them to make the schedule less cluttered.
