Use the title search bar to search for potential existing documents or keywords to determine whether or not the document you're looking for already exists.  This search defaults to search all programs and all locations or you can use the dropdown menus to search more specifically. 

The search function searches for exact matches as well as related terms.  See for example, searching the word “day” brings up existing documents with that exact word in their titles as well as documents with other related words such as “week”.
