Monitoring Requests

Request Status
To monitor the status of any request, a status is assigned to indicate the current stage. Â The staff completing the request sees the following screen.
They will move the request status from Active to In-process as soon as they start working on it. If it was completed, then they move the flag to Completed. Â If there is an issue with the request, they may send it back as Returned and enter a Status Message to describe the situation. Â At that point, you can address the issue or choose to close the request.
For example, maybe a request to change a phone number is returned because the number is disconnected. At that point, the person requesting the change may close the request or update the number to the new correct number and resubmit it as an Active request.
