    Adding a Payor

     

     

     

     

     

    You'll find Payor Information in the Client Menu under the Other category - you can also pin it to your favorites for quicker access.

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     


     

    Check the Client is Self Pay box if client has no payor information to provide.  

    Click Add to add new payor information.

    Clicking Add will open up an Add Client Payor window - complete the appropriate fields and then be sure to click Save at the bottom of the page.

    Clicking Show All will make it so all payors are visible on screen(past, current, and future).  Before adding a new payor, click Show All to determine if the payor already exists in Neo.  If the payor does exist, click Edit to add in dates of coverage.

    Clicking Show Active will make it so only current payors are visible, as shown above.
