    Checking Alerts of Other Staff

     

    Staff available in the Change Staff dropdown menu varies depending on the Neo security roles that you've been assigned.  Follow the instructions below to view your staff's current alerts.

     

    Click the Alerts tab.


    The top of the screen displays which Alerts you are currently viewing.  Just below that, there is a drop-down menu. Depending on your security roles, you'll see only yourself, all staff you supervise, or all staff agency wide. Select the staff name for the alerts you want to review.

     

     

    If you don't see the staff you're looking for, check with your supervisor/IT Support to get your security roles updated.


    The name displaying whose Alerts you are currently viewing will change to whoever you selected from the dropdown menu.
