    Alerts

    What are they, and what do they mean?

    Neo alerts are a helpful tool to assist you in keeping track of documentation that is due or that may be overdue (i.e., an upcoming treatment plan or assessment). 

     

    When you log into Neo, you’ll see the Alerts tab at the top right corner.  Click on the tab, and the Alerts screen will appear.

     

    The alerts list can be customized by clicking the options button below your name. 


     

    Check the box to the left if you'd like that alert to be included in your list.

    Check the Email box to receive a daily email of that particular alert
