Preferences
Clients may have preferences for where they would like to be seen or who they are seen by. This screen collects this information and it is used by the filter options to help find the correct match between client and provider.
Location |
The location the client would like to be seen at. |
Requested Staff |
Some clients may already have a relationship with a provider from a previous episode of care or through the recommendation of another client. |
Gender |
This refers to the gender of the person the client wants to see, not the client's gender. |
Contact on Last Minute Cancellation |
The client would be available to take appointments if another client cancels. |
Other |
This test appears on the client info area of the dashboard and can be used as a message to other Access Center Staff. |
Case Review Needed |
This marks the client's records as needing review. This is used in CLiF so case reviewers can pick them up. |
