What do all the buttons do?

 

Use the dropdown menu to select the Pay Period you want to view or edit. 

 

 

Pay Periods will be listed in either one or two-week increments.  

 

This dropdown menu will vary depending on your role.  Some staff will only see themselves listed, others will have all of the staff that they supervise listed.
Clicking Note Activity will show you a list of all signed notes detected for that particular day.

Example:

 

Click the Add button to add a time tracking entry.  

Clicking Add will present you with the option to choose the shift date you're entering data for by typing in the date in the text field or selecting it from the calendar by clicking the calendar icon and clicking on the date when you locate it.   

For Hours, you'll enter the number of hours worked within that chosen date.

 

This button is visible when Neo detects activity for the listed date, but time tracking has not yet been entered. Click Missing to enter time for that date.
This will be listed under the Hours column, accompanied by the yellow Missing button(shown above) This indicates Neo is detecting Note Activity  on that date, but you have not yet entered any time tracking data.

Save your changes.

 
Data has been entered and saved but not yet approved & sent to your supervisor.  
Saves all your changes and approves them and sends to your supervisor for their approval.  
The Save & Approve button will switch from green to red when the Total Minutes(top right) does not match the total at the bottom of the Tracked Minutes column.  
Once you have clicked Save on an entry but have yet to approve it, this symbol will appear in the Approved column, indicating there is information saved for that date but not yet approved.   
Once you Save & Approve, you'll see this blue checkmark listed in the Approved column.  This indicates that the shift date has been approved.  
Delete the entire entry  
The Reopen button will be visible once a shift date has been Saved & Approved.  This is not visible from the initial screen; you'll see it once you click View on a Saved & Approved date. Clicking Reopen will remove it from your supervisor's Alerts and allow you to edit the shift date again.
This button is visible in the Time Tracker  editing screen. Cancel the current Time Tracker entry.
This button is visible once a shift date has been Saved & Approved.

Use this button to copy the time tracked for a specific date to another date.  

Please note:  Times may vary based on the amount of Billable & Non-Billable Client Contact for each date.

 

This button is visible once a shift date has been Saved & Approved.
