You'll find Demographics in the Client Menu in the Information category - you can also pin it to your favorites for quicker access.

Text fields will be greyed out, or read-only if you do not have permissions to edit them.  

You can send a Med Record Request if you need any demographics information updated and are unable to edit it yourself.

If you believe this is an error and you should have the ability to edit these fields, speak with your supervisor about having these Neo permissions added.
