Hello and welcome to KBH, and more specifically, the school-based team!

Whether you are with us part-time or full-time, we are happy to have you on board and hope that this guide will help make your transition to the program as smooth and easy as possible.  Over the next few weeks, you will be receiving lots of new information to help you be successful in your role.  We don’t expect that you will remember everything the first time around, so this manual will serve as a handy reference throughout your training period.

In addition to my support, you will be matched with a mentor from the team who will provide some initial guidance and “tricks of the trade”.  Ultimately I think you’ll find that all of your colleagues are happy to be a resource should you run into something unfamiliar.  Speaking of resources, have you met Amy?! She is our administrative guru and also has a wealth of knowledge about the program. She will be an instrumental part of your ongoing work with us and is only a phone call away!

We know that the process of starting a new job can be overwhelming at times.  Please know that you have a lot of support available to you, and we are all here to help you be successful.  If you have any questions along the way, please do not hesitate to reach out!  Once again, welcome aboard!

Warmly,

Melissa Chase
