Invalid DSM

Official DSM gets updated regularly, causing some diagnosis codes to become invalid.

When a DSM becomes invalid - Neo will not allow that particular DSM to be carried forward.

You can expect to see this when updating a client's DSM or adding a note.

The now invalid DSM will still appear in the list but will appear in red text along with a comment stating that it is no longer a valid code.

Neo is designed to carry the most recent DSM forward.  If you see the below message, one or more of the previous DSMs is no longer valid.  You'll need to choose a new, updated, relevant DSM.

Neo stays updated with the most recent DSM codes, therefore you'll be able to go through and choose a new appropriate, updated code to use going forward.
