Follow the steps below, to sign up for your portal access. Â
Please be sure that you have provided KBH with the correct email address for the client(s) you should be authorized to have access to, before beginning this process. |

From the Welcome Page, click Get Started!Â

To create your account, click Sign up now, just below the Sign in button.

Enter the email address that you provided to KBH staff and click  Send verification code  .
Â
If you attempt to use any other email address, you will be unsuccessful in accessing the account. Â If you would like to use an email that differs from the one you provided to KBH staff, please contact the office to get that updated before proceeding. |

Here's an example of what the verification email will look like - the verification code is the six(6) digit code within that email.

Enter the verification code that you received in your email and click Verify code .

Once that code has been entered, the bottom text fields will open up for you to create your password and enter your first and last name, and click Create .
That concludes the process of the initial creation of the account.

From there you will need to verify that email address one more time in order to access the account.  Click Send verification codeÂ

You'll receive another email with a new verification code.  Copy that from the newest email, enter it here and click Verify code .

That code has now been verified.  Click Continue to proceed into the account.

On this screen, you will see any accounts that your email address is associated with.  Select the account that you are intending to access and click ContinueÂ

You will then be prompted to verify the birth date for the client whose account you are accessing.

*Please note: Â you will only be required to do this upon the initial log in. Â You won't be prompted to verify the date of birth(DOB) at any future log ins. |

Seeing this message when trying to sign up? Â This just means your email address was not entered into our system, possibly misentered or misspelled. Â
Contact KBH to have your record updated. Â
Getting to this screen does indicate that your account was created. Â Once a KBH staff member has updated your record with the email address, you should be able to access your account by refreshing the page, or signing in using your email address and the password that you created.
