Update to Client Appointment Reminders

Automated client appointment reminder texts have been slightly modified to more clearly emphasize the client's expected arrival time when the arrival time is before the scheduled appointment.  The expected arrival time will now be stated before the time of the scheduled appointment.  

Which reminders does this effect?

“Client has an In-Person appt with Ashleigh D. tomorrow at Waterville (67 Eustis) Jan 6, 2026 at 11:00AM please arrive at 10:45 AM”

“Client has an In-Person appt with Ashleigh D. tomorrow at Waterville (67 Eustis) please arrive at 9:45 AM for your appt on Mar 4, 2026 at 10:00AM”

Care Coordination Requests (CCR)

From the CCBHC dashboard:     While the CCR button already existed on this dashboard, prior to this update clicking the CCR, you'd just see a Coming Soon! alert.               Clicking the CCR button from the CCBHC dashboard will now allow you to submit a request.

From the Client Menu You can also submit a Care Coordinator Request through the client's chart.  You'll find Care Coordinator Requests under the CCBHC category.

From Quick Links           Please Note:  Care Coordinator Requests will not appear on your Quick Links menu unless you adjust your settings.  Click here to learn how to adjust your Quick Links settings.

Single Assessment/CSP Questionnaire Process

The Single Assessment (SA) for medium-or high-intensity services is a standardized process used to determine whether a child under age 21 who is MaineCare-eligible and has a behavioral health disability needs medium- or high-intensity behavioral health services—and, if so, which services are clinically appropriate.

This process is to help ensure children receive services in the most integrated, least restrictive setting.

This process includes a Single Assessment Referral, a new questionnaire in the authorization request (CSP Questionnaire) and a CSP Follow Up Questionnaire.
