    Voicemail Portal Setup

     

     

    Look for this icon on any agency desktop or laptop computer.


     

     

    Once IT Support has set up your extension, log in with your KBH credentials.

     

    Select the plus(+) sign in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.

     

    Name the Dashboard: Voicemail and click Create Dashboard.

     

    You are now inside your Voicemail Dashboard.

    Click the plus(+) sign in the upper left-hand corner of the screen.

     

    Select the Voicemail Dashboard that you just created.

     

    Choose your voicemail by selecting the plus(+) sign in the box with your name.

    This will have been previously set up by IT staff - if you don't see your name at this step, please contact IT Support.

     

    Here you can listen to, replay, save, or forward your voicemail messages.  

    This will also show caller ID and time & date information.
