    Send a Letter Client Can Acknowledge Through Client Portal

    Find the document in Document Delivery and click Add.


     

    Click Complete & Print to send to the Client Portal.


     

    A preview of the letter that will be sent.


     

    The letter now appears as pending, needs acknowledgement. 


     

    If you choose to print/mail this letter instead, after printing, click Complete.  

    Confirm you'd like the document to appear as Completed.


     

    If you printed, the status will show Intended to be electronic but completed manually/printed.

    If client acknowledged through the portal, stats will show Client Completed.
