Send A Document to the Client Portal/Staff App

Learn how to send a document to the Staff App and/or Client Portal.

 

 

Navigate to Document Delivery from the Client Menu.

 

Use the Document Search at the top of the page to locate the document you're looking for.

 

Once you have found the document, check the box beside it and then click Add.

(When sending multiple documents, check the boxes beside all necessary documents and then click the Add Selected button at the top of the column.)

 

The document will load in a separate window.  Clicking Complete will send the document to the Client Portal and the Staff App.

 

Once the document has been sent to the Staff App/Client Portal, it will be listed under Upcoming/Pending/Incomplete Documents.  

 

💡 Good to know 💡

Please note:  some documents are not compatible with the Client Portal.  In the Use column, those documents are listed as Staff App Only.

 

It is also noted after clicking Add to those particular documents.

 

Documents listed with Sign under the Use column are compatible with both the Staff App and the Client Portal.

 

Documents compatible with both the Staff App and the Client Portal will be noted as listed below when you click Add.

 

If a document is only available to be signed in the Staff App (not allowed on the Client Portal), it will also be noted when the document is sitting in the Upcoming/Pending/Incomplete Documents section.
