As soon as a lab order is submitted, an alert is generated. You'll find these alerts listed in the Alerts tab in the Lab Results Not Received category. ![]() |
The Labs Results Not Received alert consists of clients who have had lab orders sent to the lab company, but lab results have not yet been received or have been received but not yet reviewed/approved.
Clicking the S(Select) beside each client, will open up the Lab Order Status window. ![]() |
Selecting the Alert Status, Alert Not Cleared, will keep everything the same, essentially doing the same thing that closing the window with the ❌ on the top right would do. ![]() |
The Labs Received section will show [No Records Found] when lab results have not yet been received. ![]() |
Choosing the Alert Status, Lab Order Complete, will clear the alert and change the Lab Order Status to Completed. ![]() |
The last Alert Status, Alert Not Cleared option, is simply to clear this alert - it will require a comment on why you're choosing that option before you can Save. ![]() |
View Details of the Lab Results

You will see a View button in instances where scanned lab results exist. Click View to view the scanned copy of the lab results. ![]() |
Click Preliminary to view the preliminary lab results. ![]() |
Click Final to view the final lab results. ![]() |
Add an Addendum to the corresponding Diagnostics Lab. ![]() |

Clicking Scanned Document allows you to replace the Scanned Document text with a brief description of what the scanned document is. ![]() |
