Inquiry Screen
In the top section of the Inquiry screen, CCBHC Client will display a Yes when the client is in the CCBHC program.
Staff Relationship (Inquiry screen)
If the client is in the CCBHC Program, CCBHC will be listed under Program Code in the Staff Relationship section on the Inquiry screen.
Program History
When CCBHC is listed under Program with a Begin Date but no End Date, the client is in the CCBHC program.
CCBHC Dashboard
Any client listed on the CCBHC Dashboard is in the CCBHC program.
Client Search
CCBHC clients will have a CCBHC button on the Client Search screen. This button leads you to the CCBHC Dashboard that you would otherwise find under the CCBHC category of the Client Menu.
Required Questionnaires in Annual Assessments
All three questionnaires(PRAPARE, AUDIT & PHQ-9) are required for CCBHC clients covered under the IA Grant - seeing all three of these buttons within an Annual Assessment will indicate the client is in CCBHC.
MaineCare P.A. Screen
Rather than individual authorizations for each service, CCBHC clients have one authorization that includes all services under one umbrella authorization.
