Pressing send on a Notification is only half of the equation. It's equally important to verify the Notification was successfully delivered, monitor read confirmation and survey responses and help employees who replied directly to your message. Let's get started. Once you send a Notification, you're immediately taken to this Notification details page. You can also access the details for any Notification by clicking on the notifications tab on the left-hand navigation. From here, you can view who sent the message, what the message was, and when it was sent. If it was a read confirmation or survey Notification, you'll see the breakdown of responses like you see here.

If you scroll down, you'll see the conversation section. Any direct responses that your employees send will appear here for the first 24 hours after a Notification is sent. After 24 hours have passed, direct responses will populate in the incoming.

Messages tab. On the right-hand side, you can see which channels the Notification was sent through, the groups and people it was sent to, and the delivery overview. The delivery overview allows you to verify whether the message was delivered as expected or if it failed for any reason. This is a great way to identify gaps in data that lead to failures in delivery. You can resend the Notification to anyone whose delivery failed directly from this page. Most of the data you see on the Notification details page is exportable. So, you can easily share it with additional stakeholders.
