With Surveys, AlertMedia gives your users more response options during drills, updates, and emergencies.
You can send a survey notification from anywhere in the AlertMedia web and mobile applications that you see a blue + New Notification button.
How to Send a Survey Notification:
Step 1: Click the blue ‘New Notification’ button.
Step 2: Select the Survey notification type if you’d like a response.
Step 3: Select all the channels you’d like to use for communication of the message. You can send a Survey via all channels.
Step 4: Write the body of your message.
Step 5: Create your responses. You can create up to 9 different options for your recipients to select.
Step 6: If you’d like to give your users the option to change their response after initial contact, make sure to check the ‘Allow recipients to change their response’ box.
Step 7: Add groups or people that you want to receive the message.
Step 8: Create a new event or add to an existing to keep related messages organized.
Step 9: Click Send Now
