Meaning

Attestable (Green)

Clients who have had an event that qualifies for PPS billing

Pending Compliance (Orange)

Clients who have had an event that qualifies for PPS billing but will not bill due to an unresolved compliance issue.

Pending Service (Yellow)

Clients who do not have a PPS event yet but are scheduled for one within the PPS month period.

Once a qualifying pending service has been marked Kept, it will become attestable.

Not Attestable (Red/Pink)

Clients that do not have any events that qualify for PPS billing, and there does not appear to be anything scheduled for the client to achieve PPS billing

Non-PPS (Grey)

Clients in the CCBHC who do not have full MaineCare and will be billed as Fee-for-Service or funded by a Grant. 

• Other rules may apply, but they are not participating in the monthly PPS billing.
