Schedule A Zoom Session

Follow these steps to create a Zoom session. This will be done after an appointment has been scheduled in Neo.

 Right-click inside the appointment that you need to set up a Zoom session for. ![]()  |

 Select Zoom Meeting from the menu. ![]()  |

 Enter a description, if desired, and then click Create Zoom Meeting. ![]()  | 
Email the Zoom LinkSelect the desired recipient's email address from the dropdown menu - you can manually type in the email address in the text field if the intended recipient's address isn't listed. ![]()  | 
Text the Zoom LinkSelect the desired recipient's phone number from the dropdown menu - you can manually type in the phone number in the text field if the intended recipient's number is not listed. ![]()  |
