When you open the Zoom application, you will want to click Sign In from the first screen.

On the next screen, click on SSO (single sign-on)

When launching this the first time, you will want to enter kbhmaine-org (note this is hyphen and not dot org)

(Once this is entered the first time, the app will keep this stored going forward)

This will launch a tab in your browser and proceed to logon you in with your Microsoft credentials.  There should be a prompt to enter your YubiKey password to complete the logon process.

You will see the following page once you are logged in properly, and a pop-up window as well.  Be sure to click the Always allow kbhmaine-org.zoom.us to open links.

Once this is completed the next time you click on a Zoom link or open Zoom and select SSO the process will log you on automatically.
