    Updating Caregiver Information

    Learn how to update client's Caregiver Information.


     

    There is a Caregiver Information section listed on the Inquiry page…

     

    And on the Demographics screen.

     

    Only Active Caregivers show by default - active caregivers are all listed caregivers without a listed End Date.  You can see the entire list by clicking Show All.

     

    When viewing all caregivers, you can click Show Active to go back to viewing Active Caregivers only.

     

    Click Add to add a new Caregiver record.  

     

    You can update any Caregiver record by clicking Edit.  

     

    You may edit any fields as needed or add an end date if the individual is no longer considered a caregiver.

     

    Important: Never modify a caregiver record in a way that makes the original individual unrecognizable (e.g., changing the first name, last name, and relationship). This ensures the original caregiver remains identifiable and distinct from others in the record.

    Each individual must be treated as a separate record. If the caregiver is a different person, end-date the existing record and create a new one.
