Document Descriptions

An additional column, Reviewer Required, has been added to the Document Descriptions screen in the Med Records dashboard.  

When this box is checked, when a document is scanned with that description, staff will be validated to choose a staff that will be required to review the document.

Staff to Review

When selecting a Staff to Review, if client has a current staff relationship in MC/MCC, that provider will show at the top of the list with an asterisk (*) before their name.

A Client Portal Log In Issue Resolved ✔️

Issue: On mobile devices for some clients, when they were accessing the portal via the emailed link, the link would open in the same window as their email app.  This would require them to leave the portal login page in order to retrieve their verification code with no way to return to it to enter the verification code.

Update/Resolution:  When accessing the Client Portal via the emailed link on a mobile device, the portal will now open in a new, separate window so that clients are able to retrieve their verification code from their email and then return to the login page to enter their code and complete the process.
