New Client Alerts

There's a new Client Alerts view - this can be accessed from the Alerts page or from the CCBHC Dashboards.

From the Alerts page, selecting a client from the drop-down menu and clicking View will load up Client Alerts in a separate window.

Or clicking Alerts from the CCBHC Care Coordination Dashboard will load up Client Alerts in a separate window.

Rep. Payee Updates

New Module to manage payee clients.

Rep. Payee and Payee Contact are now options for Relationship in the Caregiver screen found on the inquiry screen for each client.

Place of Birth field has been added to the demographics screen.

DSM Updates

Approved updates and revisions to DSM-5-TR effective on October 1st, 2024 - Neo was updated to reflect those changes, effective that same day, 10/01/2024.

Combining Clinical and Non-Clinical Services in Program History

Non-clinical programs will be included in episodes of care as additional entries.  This means in some cases clients will have only non-clinical services in their episode of care.

Staff Paid Time Off (PTO) Details

Paid Time Off (PTO) details will be imported into Neo for non-Paychex staff.  To view, use the Staff tab - Staff PTO is located under My Info.

View the current balance or select different dates to view changes from past pay periods.
 

Supervisors

Supervisors can also view PTO balances for their non-Paychex staff.

From the Staff tab, select Search.

Search for the staff you're looking for. 

From the menu to the left of the screen, select Staff PTO.
