Bad Address

When a client address cannot be verified, it is considered a Bad Address.  This means we have not been able to confirm the listed address.  One example of this, is when mail has been returned to us.  We will designate that address as bad until it can be verified and/or fixed.

Below you'll find the different places in Neo where a Bad Address is indicated.

In the Demographics area of the client's chart.

In the address area of the Client Inquiry screen.

On the Billing Dashboard.

You can update client physical and/or mailing address in the Demographics area of their chart.
