You'll see both general referrals (Referrals) and MST Referrals. ![]() |
In this example, we will process a general referral that was submitted anonymously (no user account).

When a referral is submitted anonymously the Send Back with Message will be greyed out since it was not sent from an account. Clicking Open Referral opens the referral in an editable form so that you can make updates/revisions when making contact to process the referral. ![]() |

When a referral is sent from an established account, the Send Back with Message feature is available. To use this, you will enter your message in the text field and click Send Back with Message. ![]() This will change the Referral Status from Submitted to Sent Back. ![]()

Click Remove/Reject/Hide when you are unable to contact the submitter for corrections and therefore unable to take any further action with the referral. ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Clicking Accept and Import Data This screen is to determine if the client might already exist in Neo. The Search Results will include existing clients with matching information - First name=mem Last Name, DOB, etc. If you find that the client already exists in Neo click ReOpen. If the client doesn't exist in Neo, click Add New Client. ![]() |

Select an AC History Start Date and Location of services to be provided and then click Save. ![]() |

This will change the Referral Status from Submitted to Accepted. ![]() |

From the Client screen, you'll see that newly created client listed in your Most Recently Viewed Clients. ![]() |
