Add An Email To Your Allow List

Specify whether to block or exempt messages coming from a specific email address or domain.

📧Add From A Quarantine Notification Email

Receiving an email like this means someone is attempting to email you, but their message has been blocked by our email filtering system.  To allow this message to come through to your inbox and allow future emails from the address to get to your inbox smoothly, you will first click Manage Quarantine.

This will open up the Barracuda login page and auto-populate your email address.

The quarantined email will be listed in your message log.

Check the box next to the email and click the Deliver icon that's in the menu right above it.

Select the Deliver and add the sender(s) to your allow list option and click Deliver.

Your email will now be delivered to your Outlook inbox.

To verify that the email address has been added to the Allow List, click Settings from the menu in the top left-hand corner.

    Click Sender Policy.

You should find the newly added email on this list - it is listed in alphabetical order.

    📧Manually Add An Email Address

Select Junk Email Filter from the Employee Links menu on the KBH Staff Portal Page.

    Enter your KBH email address.

    Enter your Microsoft password.

Select Settings from the menu in the upper left-hand corner of the screen.

    Click Sender Policy.

Type in the email address in the box under Sender.  Under the Policy column, select exempt to allow emails from this address or block to block emails from this address.  Click Add.

Once added, the list will refresh but you'll find the address in its appropriate spot on the alphabetical list.
