When a staff person transitions from a salaried position to a unit-based position, they will have to select which services they want included on their timesheet, but only for the first timesheet submission after the transition.

As a supervisor, if you receive a “blank” timesheet from a staff person who recently transitioned from a salaried position to a unit-based position, reject the timesheet back to the employee and instruct them to check boxes in the Selected for TS column.
