Discharging A Case in Error
Learn how to rectify a mistakenly discharged case quickly and efficiently by following these simple steps.
Issue: You've discharged a case in error (did not need discharge, incorrect date, etc.)
To resolve:
- Ask Acentra to undo the discharge.
 - Once Acentra has undone the discharge, contact IT Support.
 - IT Support will check Atrezzo to make sure it’s complete, and then undo the discharge in Neo, and set the case to sync.
