    Discharging A Case In Error

    Learn how to rectify a mistakenly discharged case quickly and efficiently by following these simple steps.

    Issue:  You've discharged a case in error(did not need discharge, incorrect date, etc.)

    To resolve:

    1. Ask Acentra to undo the discharge.
    2. Once Acentra has undone the discharge, contact IT Support.
    3. IT Support will check Atrezzo to make sure it’s complete, and then undo the discharge in Neo, and set the case to sync.
