What is Swifty✨?Swifty is an additional tool you can utilize to search KBH University for answers to your Neo, Staff App and Client Portal related questions. Swifty is an AI chatbot so you can talk to it and ask it questions rather than just searching terms and key words like you would with a regular search bar. This should increase your chances of quickly finding what you are looking for, as Swifty will be seeking to answer your specific question rather than just looking for articles that contain whatever words you may have entered into the regular search bar. |

Browsing through KBH University or using the regular search bar from the KBH University homepage will always remain options in addition to Swifty!

Where's Swifty✨?At this time, you'll find the Swifty AI Chatbot icon in the bottom right-hand corner, anywhere throughout KBH University. 
The goal is to create even easier access to this feature by implementing Swifty into the next version of Neo(Neo V3) which is currently in active development so stay tuned for those exciting updates!
