Call
From outside the agency, you can use any of the agency's main phone numbers and ask for extension 1200 or ask to be connected to IT Support. From inside the agency, from any of our landline phones, dial extension 1200. You'll be prompted to either press one(1) for anything Neo-related (this does include staff app-related issues). or You can stay on the line to be connected.
If no one can answer your call, you'll be prompted to leave a voicemail. Be sure to leave a detailed message, including the best way to contact you, and someone will return your call as soon as possible. |
